What I love most about the DVD, free radicals of INNOVATION, is that Bob does a very effective job at presenting the topic of INNOVATION in a very non-threatening way. Before watching the DVD, I thought of innovation as a difficult skill that only a few privileged and highly intelligent and creative people possessed. Yet, after watching the video I realize that everyone has the potential to innovate if they adopt the right mind-set, create a conducive environment and use the right tools.

I also like the great mix of interviews with contemporary serial innovators and quotes from great innovators from the past.
